The IERC is expanding its contact net with
other national projects around the world covering the area of IoT. The
projects will be grouped at the national level and one project/person from
the IERC will be assigned as national contact point on IoT for that
particular country.
In Europe the national contact point on IoT
role is to group the national projects on IoT at the national level and
establish an open dialog and exchange of ideas between the national funded
and European funded IoT projects, in order to use efficiently the synergies
among the projects, and avoid overlaps and double financing of activities.
The national contact point on IoT will establish the dialog with national
public authorities and will inform about the activities at the national
level and the European cooperation.
